Panettone, Pandoro and other holiday desseerts

The first training day of the course of "La Mia Accademia" dedicated to the holiday desserts was held on November 14. The students in collaboration with the exceptional pastry chef teacher Andreoletti Bruno flanked by our technologists Antonio Crepaldi and Gabriele Marrucci have ventured into the preparation of a delicious rose cake. Later, they dedicated themselves to the refreshments of natural mother yeast to make the pandoro and panettone.
