Soft wheat flour type 2
IDEAL FOR:
Bread, pizza and focaccia.
NUTRITIONAL ASPECTS:
Source of fiber and B vitamins: Thiamine (B1) and Niacin (B3).
ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES:
In type 2 flour, the grain of wheat is ground while preserving almost the entire external part. Type 2 flour therefore has a higher fiber and mineral salt content than common type 00, 0 flour and also type 1.
USES:
Ideal for all recipes and in particular for the preparation of homemade bread, homemade pizza and focaccia, leavened cakes and shortbread.
