Designed for those who love dark breads, rich in fiber and cereals, the preparation for black bread is a mixture consisting of soft wheat flour, natural sourdough and about 8 of cereals and different seeds including sunflower, toasted barley, sesame, flax, soy, rye and oats. It already contains yeast.
Ideal not only for bread but also for focaccias, crackers and breadsticks.
