The anti-lump flour for pasta is designed to obtain a fresh homemade pasta like that of the housewives of the past.
Very refined and low in ash (mineral salts) lower than 0.52%, it prevents the formation of lumps and for this reason it is suitable for creams and bechamel.
Excellent also for piadina.
