Pizza Multicereali by Grandi Molini Italiani is a blend made from selected grains to obtain a perfectly balanced product. The natural yeast starter gives the product its typical texture and flavours. The balanced addition of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, barley flour, rolled oats and malt is ideal for making light-coloured multigrain dough with unique sensory properties. The product is rich in fibre.
Ingredients: Plain soft white wheat flour, dehulled sunflower seeds, oatmeal, sesame seeds, oat flakes, barley flour, powdered yeast, malted grain flour, alpha amylase, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). Recommended for medium-long leavening times (10 - 16 hours) at room temperature and storage in the refrigerator at 4° for up to 2 days.
Ideal for pizza chefs.
