325 E tipo 0 by Grandi Molini Italiani is a highly workable flour featuring excellent extensibility, high strength and stability.
Ideal for puff pastry and for baking perfect croissants when blended with Manitoba flour.
Also suitable for pan pizzas with long leavening times (minimum 12 hours) and as an additive for flours with a high P/L ratio.
Recommended for bakers.
