Turkish Simit

Ingredients
250 g of VivAvena
120 ml of water
5 g of sugar
15 ml of extra virgin olive oil
8 g of fresh brewer's yeast
200 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of honey
Sesame seeds q.s.
 
Directions
First of all dissolve the yeast in the water, add the sugar, the oil and the flour and salt a little at a time. At this point, knead vigorously until you reach a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Arrange the dough in a large bowlthen let the dough rise for about 2 hours. When the leavening is complete, divide the mixture into 6 parts and, with each, create a loaf of about 50 cm, then twist it and join the two edges. Arrange your Simit bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with water and honey, sprinkle with sesame seeds and let them rest for about 20 minutes. After the resting time, bake for 20/30 minutes in static mode and at 180°.
